Yvonne Morgan is a wife, mother, and grandmother passionate about missions and sharing the amazing stories of Christ in action witnessed by believers placing their trust in Him. She hopes that her writing and mission work inspires others to seek God in the turmoil of life and to be the hands and feet of Jesus to others in their struggles. As the Orphan Relief Effort founder, she has led the charity for nearly 20 years to support orphanages in Nepal and Myanmar and provides care for 50 children. Outside of her work in missions, Yvonne is a full-time writer. She is the author of Turning Mountains into Molehills, a memoir of her personal journey in the mission field. She also posts a blog with the same name. Her first children’s book, Sad Little Wildflower, will be released in the fall of 2020. Yvonne was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and lived in Canada before moving to the US with her family in 1973. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for traveling and mission work. Her travels have taken her to 42 countries on five continents, 49 US states (still hoping to visit Alaska), and eight provinces in Canada. When not writing, traveling, or working in the mission field, she enjoys her family and four wonderful granddaughters. She lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with her husband, Bill.
